These on-line forms are provided for your convenience and will make your registration needs with the Panama Canal Society a smooth, quick and painless transaction.  

Note:

The "Reunion Registration Form" will not add / total your costs.  You must do this manually.  add all cells in the registration form cells and then enter the grand total at the bottom of the form at the.  
The "Reunion Registration Form" is for reunion registration, dances, discos, luncheon tickets and Golf Tournament registration.  Registration for  hotel rooms can also be done with this same form, but will be considered a separate charge and you must enter a credit card number again for the hotel. 

Click the "Submit" button only once for each form.  It may take a moment for your information to process, once it is processed, you will be sent to a "Confirmation" page. When you are finished with the On-Line Services Confirmation page, click the link to return to the front page or continue with another on-line action.  When you leave the "On-Line Services", you will get a warning that you are then leaving the secure form area. Do not be alarmed.  All information that you submitted was sent via a secure server.  Thanks for using our On-Line Services. 

If by chance you feel that there is a mistake with the information you submitted, please notify the Panama Canal Society Office immediately at our toll free number: 1-866-726-2262 or for local calls at the regular office number (727) 391-4359 during business hours.  In addition, if you have any additions or deletions in the future, please call.  Remember, your name tags and tickets will be waiting for you at the Reunion Registration Area for pickup.  Hotel confirmation will be sent to you by Rosen Shingle Creek Resort once processed.

The following forms are scans of the "Yellow Pages" that are in ONLY your December issue of the Canal Record publication.  This service is offered if you didn't get your Canal Record or you are a new member.  Remember, you MUST be a member to register for the reunion.  I have also provided a printable "Vendor Application" for those members wishing to participate as a vendor at the reunion.  If you have any problems with downloading or printing these forms, please let me know right away....  reunioncoordinator@pancanalsociety.org

Vendors must have 2008 membership fee and reunion registration fee paid prior to submitting vendor application.  Application deadline is June 1, 2008.

Vendors cannot request or pay for a second table until contacting the Vendor Chairperson at reunionvendors@pancanalsociety.org 

Vendor set up will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.
